    Learn how to move from your thinking mind into your body, strengthen your awareness, and build a practice that effectively repatterns your relationships: to yourself, others, how you see the world, and to a fuller way of living.

  • Integrate

    Create openings in your life to weave in your new experiences and surrender into who you are becoming.
